India Gate lawns are a favorite with protesters all over India. This lone protester intrigued me, and on asking he told me that he was protesting some corruption regarding some bridge construction over some river in Bihar a 1000 km away. The flag he bears adorns colors of a major political party and I wondered whether his protest was politically motivated. He later started asking for money for sustenance which made me wonder whether he was merely a creative and well disguised beggar.
